Online ebook checkout is available in metropolitan France, California and New York State. For other destinations, contact the publisher.

Books and prices
Product details and prices appear on each book page. Helicopters ebook: €27 including VAT in the European Union, or US$27 in the United States before any applicable sales tax. Envolée à deux and Soaring Together: €9.99, charged in euros. Taxes and your final total are confirmed using your billing address before PayPal. Use the same address on PayPal. Items priced in different currencies require separate orders. Ebooks have no shipping charge. Shipping per printed copy: €27.30 for General Aviation; €14 for Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft or Helicopters; €8 for Airliners or each poster. For other destinations, a signed copy or more than ten copies, contact the publisher.
Ordering and payment
Add items to your cart, check the quantities and total, then continue to PayPal. You can change quantities and remove items before this step. You enter your address and payment details on PayPal, which offers the payment methods available to you. Final confirmation on PayPal commits you to paying the amount shown. Keep your receipt and transaction reference.
Returning to this site does not confirm payment. Check your receipt or PayPal account for the transaction status. MGR Conseils is your contact for order fulfillment, invoicing, and shipping. If an item you ordered is unavailable, contact the publisher to agree on a solution or a refund.
Delivery and tracking
Books are delivered via Colissimo within metropolitan France to the address provided at checkout. Posters measure approximately 40 × 60 cm and are protected in a mailing tube. Estimated delivery: approximately 3 days. This estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date; if you need delivery by a specific date, contact the publisher before ordering. If no date or delivery period has been agreed upon, the statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days after the contract is concluded. In the event of a delay, the remedies provided by the French Consumer Code apply. Your rights if delivery is delayed.
To track your shipment, email the publisher with your name and PayPal reference. If your package is damaged or you received the wrong book, describe the problem and include photographs if possible.
Ebooks
Envolée à deux, in French, and its English translation, Soaring Together, include a reflowable EPUB 3 and a PDF. Helicopters includes a 176-page illustrated PDF, in French or English depending on the edition selected. Prices are set by the publisher. In metropolitan France, ebook prices include book VAT at 5.5%, or 2.1% in Corsica. The ebooks offered here are not subject to sales tax in California or New York State; no tax is added there. Other destinations await confirmation of the applicable tax treatment by the publisher.
The files are supplied without DRM or watermarking. Read EPUB files on Kobo, Vivlio or PocketBook ereaders, in Apple Books or Google Play Books, and on Kindle through Amazon’s Send to Kindle service. Read PDFs on a computer or tablet with a PDF reader. For Soaring Together, the printed photo section is not included; a family photograph opens the memoir, and a free sample is available. Helicopters preserves its illustrations and fixed page layout; its roughly 370 MB PDF is best downloaded over Wi-Fi.
Once PayPal confirms payment, the order confirmation page displays your download links and a PDF order confirmation for you to keep. The links are for personal use: twelve downloads in total, available for one year from the payment date. The publisher renews them on request when you provide your order reference. No account is required.
Your purchase grants a right of private use. Reproduction, distribution, and resale of the files are not permitted.
Right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied without a tangible medium once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your express waiver of that right. Before payment, a checkbox records this consent, which is also included in the PDF order confirmation. If a file is defective or does not match its description, the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content applies (French Consumer Code, Articles L224-25-12 et seq.): email the publisher, who will provide a conforming file or refund you.
Withdrawal and refunds
For printed books and posters that have not been personalized, you have 14 days starting the day after receipt to notify us of your withdrawal by email or mail. For an order delivered in multiple shipments, the period begins upon receipt of the last item. No reason is required.
Then return the goods within 14 days of this notification to MGR Conseils at the address above. You are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping. The consumer may be held liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
The refund includes the purchase price and standard delivery costs and is issued within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. It may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of their shipment is provided. View your right of withdrawal.

Statutory guarantees
MGR Conseils is your contact for exercising your statutory guarantee rights. Returns and measures to bring goods into conformity under these guarantees are free of charge to the consumer, subject to the conditions below.
The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to invoke the statutory guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity becomes apparent. During this period, the consumer is required to establish only the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.
When the sales contract for the goods provides for the continuous supply of digital content or a digital service for more than two years, the statutory guarantee applies to that digital content or digital service throughout the agreed supply period. During this period, the consumer is required to establish only the existence of the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or digital service, not the date on which it appeared.
The statutory guarantee of conformity requires the trader, where applicable, to provide all updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the goods.
The statutory guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to repair or replacement of the goods within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience.
If the goods are repaired under the statutory guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the original guarantee.
If the consumer requests repair of the goods but the seller requires replacement instead, the statutory guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date the goods are replaced.
The consumer may obtain a reduction in the purchase price while keeping the goods, or terminate the contract and receive a full refund upon returning the goods, if:
1° The trader refuses to repair or replace the goods;
2° The goods are repaired or replaced after a period of thirty days;
3° Repair or replacement of the goods causes significant inconvenience to the consumer, particularly when the consumer ultimately bears the cost of taking back or removing the nonconforming goods, or bears the cost of installing the repaired or replacement goods;
4° The lack of conformity of the goods persists despite the seller’s unsuccessful attempt to bring them into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a reduction in the price of the goods or termination of the contract when the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination of the contract. In this case, the consumer is not required to request repair or replacement of the goods first.
The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are unavailable for use for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period until the goods are returned in working order.
The rights mentioned above arise from the application of Articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.
A seller who obstructs the implementation of the statutory guarantee of conformity in bad faith is liable to a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual revenue (Article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the statutory guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for a period of two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept or a full refund if the goods are returned.

Complaint
First submit your complaint in writing to MGR Conseils, specifying your order and the resolution you are seeking. The right to use a consumer mediator free of charge after first submitting a complaint remains applicable. The publisher must provide the contact details of its designated mediator.
