Cart and payment
Your cart and the reference generated before payment are saved in your browser’s session storage so your items remain available after navigating away or returning from PayPal. This storage is necessary for the checkout process. It contains no banking information and is cleared when your browsing session ends.
When you proceed to payment, the items, quantities, prices, shipping charges, and reference are sent to PayPal. You enter your shipping address and payment details directly on PayPal. MGR Conseils receives the information needed to fulfill your order through this service. This site does not have access to your card number. PayPal Privacy Policy.
Ebooks
To deliver an ebook, the site records the order reported by PayPal: reference, date, items, amount, buyer’s name and email address, consent to immediate access, and the number and dates of downloads. This information is used to supply the files, provide customer service, and document the order. It is retained for three years in storage provided by the hosting provider, Cloudflare, then automatically deleted. The files sold contain no personal data.
Your data and messages
Emails are received by MGR Conseils. Data required for orders and customer service is processed to perform the contract; accounting documents are retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability under the applicable conditions, contact ranjonmarc@mgrconseils.fr. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Website language
Cloudflare estimates your country from your IP address to select the website’s initial language. If this information is unavailable, your browser’s language is used. You can change the language with the FR / EN selector. Your choice is saved for one year in the ranjon_locale cookie. The site does not request your precise location, and your browser does not contact an external location service.
Navigation
No advertising tools or audience tracking are integrated into this site. Fonts, images, and videos are hosted with the site. The hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver and secure the pages. External services, including PayPal, apply their own policies when you visit them.
